Every order you place with WaterTrader will be delivered direct to your door. Orders are handled by leading courier services, so speed and security are guaranteed. UK delivery is FREE for orders over £500.00, and just £10 per order, no matter how many items we ship.

A stock check is run daily against all the products within the WaterTrader Stores to determine the availability of each particular item. If the product or a specific option is unavailable it will be removed from the site.

k orders are usually delivered next day. International orders usually ship within 7 days.

We will contact you if there is to be an unusually long delay in shipping. At the time of your order a final stock check is established to determine whether an item is likely to be delayed. If after this check, it is discovered that there will be a delay in delivery, our Customer Services Department will contact you to inform let you know.
